Welcome to Hugh Poulton Mindful Yoga.

Hugh Poulton teaches Ashtanga Yoga and Mindfulness courses in Middle Barton and throughout North and West Oxfordshire.

Hugh always tries to emphasize that the stiffest muscle in your body is the one between your ears and he supports each person to realize their full potential, by helping them to release the mental barriers in their mind, which stop them reaching their peak performance, both in yoga and general life.

Be guided by Hugh’s 28 years of practice and 14 years teaching experience. Hugh is a Teacher in the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford Department of Psychiatry, at the Warneford Hospital. Hugh teaches yoga in businesses, NHS, Prison Service, Schools, Sports Centres, Workshops, weekly classes and privately. He also runs courses for Yoga Teachers. Hugh is a registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and an Experienced Yoga Teacher E-RYT.
